Cutting Machine Operating Procedures

With modern machinery processing industry development, for the continuous improvement of quality and accuracy of cutting, to improve the production efficiency, reduce production cost, high intelligent and automatic cutting function requirement also is increasing. The development of CNC cutting machine must meet the requirements of modern mechanical processing. The cutter is divided into flame cutter, plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine, water cutting, etc. Laser cutting machine is the most efficient, cutting precision and the cutting thickness is generally small. The cutting speed of plasma cutting machine is also very fast, and the cutting surface has certain slope. Flame cutting machine is aimed at heavy carbon steel material. Laser cutting machine is the most efficient, cutting precision and the cutting thickness is generally small.

Operating procedures

1. Prepare before cutting

(1) the performance of the equipment must be carefully checked before use to ensure the integrity of all parts.

(2) the power switch, the tightness of the saw blade, the saw blade cover or the safety baffle shall be inspected in detail, the operating table must be firm, and the night operation shall have sufficient illumination brightness.

(3) before use, open the total switch, take a few rounds of no-load test, and then allow the startup to be confirmed when it is safe and correct.

(4) before operation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply is in line with the conventional rated 220VA voltage on the power tool, so as to avoid the wrong number of 380VA power supply.

2. Cutting notes

(1) the necessary attention should be given to the work of the cutting machine, not only to keep a clear mind, but also to operate electric tools rationally. It is strictly forbidden to be tired, drunk or taking stimulants or drugs.

(2) the power circuit must be safe and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to pull the power cord. The performance of the equipment must be checked carefully before use to ensure all parts are in good condition.

(3) wear suitable work clothes, do not wear loose work clothes, do not wear jewelry or wear long hair, do not wear gloves and cuff links and operate.

(4) the workpiece must be clamped firmly and the workpiece shall be cut without clamping.

(5) it is strictly forbidden to wear the burr of the grinder in the plane of the grinding wheel to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking up.

(6) the operator must deviate from the front of the grinding wheel and wear protective glasses when cutting.

(7) it is strictly prohibited to use the existing grinding wheel, which should prevent the sparks from splashing on Mars and away from inflammable and explosive goods.

(8) when clamping workpiece, the clamping shall be stable and firm, the protective cover must be installed correctly, and after the clamping, the machine should be turned on the air operation inspection without jitter and abnormal noise.

(9) when changing the new cut or grinding wheel, do not force the lock nut too hard to prevent the blade or grinding wheel from falling apart.

(10) the cutter must be held firmly and vertically, and the fixed end shall be firmly and reliably.

(11) no attempt to cut off a small piece of unclamped workpiece or serious profile with a edge.

(12) to improve work efficiency. Before the single or multi - branch saw, must do good support for the positioning work.

(13) no strong cutting saw operation, before cutting, the motor speed can reach full speed.

(14) no one shall be allowed to stand behind the saw, and the power supply shall be cut off immediately when a power failure, rest or leave of work is done.

(15) the saw blade shall not release any hand or raise the arm from the saw or workpiece when it is not stopped.

(16) when the protective cover is not in place, no operation shall be performed. The hand shall not be placed within 15cm of the saw blade. It is not allowed to cross or bypass the sawing machine. It is advisable to operate at 45 degrees.

(17) if there is an abnormal sound, the inspection shall be stopped immediately; The power supply must be cut off before repair or replacement of accessories.

(18) when working in a wet place, use a cutting machine, which must be carried out on an insulating pad or a dry board. Safety precautions must be made to use in dangerous areas such as high altitude or explosion-proof.

(19) the equipment should be stopped and repaired immediately if there is any jitter or other malfunction. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves during operation. If you can cause dust during operation, wear a mask or mask.

(20) after finishing the processing, the power supply should be turned off and the equipment and surrounding area shall be cleaned.

The maintenance

1. Use tap water to flush the slags and dry the surface of the workbench.

2. Regularly clean the oil stains on the drag and guide rails and guide rails, and add lubricating oil in time.

3. After the work is over, move the blade about 10 centimeters to make the swing arm reset.

4. If the cutter is not used for a certain time after use of the cutter, it shall apply a layer of lithium to the blade and the moving parts of the jigs and some rust spots in the machine

One. Daily maintenance and maintenance:

1. Every working day must clean the dirt of the machine tool and guide rail, keep the bed clean, shut off the gas source and power supply at work, and spare the air in the pipe belt of the machine.

Turn off the power if you are away from the machine for a long time to prevent non-professional operation.

3. Pay attention to the surface of the machine, longitudinal guide, and the surface of the rack for lubricating oil, so as to keep it well lubricated! 3. Weekly maintenance and maintenance:

1. Every week, the machine should be thoroughly cleaned, horizontal, longitudinal guide, transmission gear rack cleaning, and lubricating oil.

2. Check whether the horizontal friction rail is working properly and replace it in time.

3. Check whether all the cutting torch is loose, clean up the garbage of the firing gun and keep the ignition normal.

4. If there is an automatic high setting device, the detection is sensitive and the probe should be changed.

5. Check whether the plasma cutting nozzle and electrode are damaged or whether the cutting nozzle and electrode should be replaced.

2. Monthly and quarterly maintenance:

1. Check whether the total air intake is rubbish, and whether the valves and pressure gauges work normally.

2. Check whether all pipe connections are loose and all pipes are broken. Tighten or replace when necessary.

3. Check whether all transmission parts are loose, check gear and rack meshing, and adjust when necessary.

4. Loosen the gear and push the pulley with the hand. If there is any abnormality, adjust it or replace it in time.

5. Check whether the clamping block, the steel belt and the guide wheel are loose, the steel belt is slack and adjust when necessary.

6. Check the performance of all buttons and selection switches, damage the replacement, and finally draw a comprehensive test to detect the accuracy of the machine.
