Application & Features

• The bronzing machine is suitable for bronzing, printing of fabric, plastic-skin, PU, PVC, cotton-hemp, silk, knitting etc. or colour changing of fabric, leather, PU, etc. It is widly used in garment industry, home decoration industry, sofa fabric, etc.

• Circulating air system of the oven is used. Energy saving and efficient.

• Blade rack can be multiaspect adjusted, and swing around: effectively protect blade and engraved roller and guarantees good stamping/bronzing effect.

• Pneumatic heating press unit (conducting oil heating roller and gel roller): larger contact surface, good transferring effect, solid lamination, easy and convenient operation and energy saving.

• Convenient and synchronous operation, energy conservation.

• Winding device is designed in the front and at the back of the machine, it is easy to operate.

Main Technical Parameters

1. “ Only Fabric Glue Bronzing”

Kindly refer to the attached drawing, the process is as follows:

·         Fabric is unwounded from the roll

·         Colour Glue Pigment is applied on the fabric at the gluing device (design roller)

·         Curing is done on the oven

·         Fabric is pressed at pressing device

·         Fabric getting re-winded

Please note that in this process, there is no film used in this process, effect is achieved by Pigment and design of the roller.

Fabric can be simple or laminated or embossed, as the way you like.

 2. “ Film +  Fabric Glue Bronzing”

Kindly refer to the attached drawing, the process is as follows:

·         OPP Film is unwounded from the roll

·          Glue is applied on the Film at the gluing device (design roller)

·         Curing is done on the oven

·         Fabric is unwounded from the un-winder and brought together with the already cured and glued film

·         Both gets pressed at pressing device

·         Glued portion of the Film gets transferred to the fabric

·         Left over film gets re-winded

·         Bronzed Fabric getting re-winded

Please note that in this process, bronzing effect is achieved by opp film and design of the roller.

Fabric can be simple or laminated or embossed, as the way you like. Normally this process is used when you don’t want to heat the fabric.

3. “ Fabric +  Film Glue Bronzing”

Kindly refer to the attached drawing, the process is as follows:

·         Fabric is unwounded from the roll

·          Glue is applied on the fabric at the gluing device (design roller)

·         Curing is done on the oven

·         OPP Film is unwounded from the un-winder and brought together with the already cured and glued fabric

·         Both gets pressed at pressing device

·         Glued portion of the fabric arrest the film

·         Left over film gets re-winded

·         Bronzed Fabric getting re-winded

Please note that in this process, bronzing effect is achieved by opp film and design of the roller.

Fabric can be simple or laminated or embossed, as the way you like. Normally this process is used when you can heat the fabric.
