PRODUCTION INFORMATION:
UD weft cloth production line adopts stable mechanical rolling parts and special ultrahigh pressure device to evenly spread wire, impregnated with resin glue, and then laminated by 0/90º orthogonal composite at the end.
1. The UD non-weft fabric production line adopts stable mechanical operation rollers and special-shaped devices to spread the yarn evenly, impregnate with resin glue and lamination with the carrier PE film, dry and solidify, and then go through the 0/90º orthogonal lamination in the back. The product has excellent properties such as low density, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and strong cutting resistance. The product is widely used in special protective materials, and stab-proof and cut-proof clothing. Lining and special public anti-riot facilities, etc.
2. The equipment uses water-based or oil-based resin adhesives to produce PEUD non-weft fabrics.
3. Adopt HMI+PLC control system, easy operation, high production efficiency, and reduce the tedious operation.
4. The mirror surface processing rollers are used for thread pulling and thread laying to ensure that the damage to the fiber performance is reduced to the greatest extent during the operation.
