flatbed laminator system
Kuntai's double belt presses (flatbed laminator system) are with integrated contact heating and cooling. The materials laminated are heated evenly. Due to the long heating zone the materials are laminated perfectly with high bonding strength. Right after the heating the materials can be laminated together with the pressing rollers. To get better bonding effect the materials go through cooling zone before they exit the double belt press. With the flat gap between the belts and the precise height adjustment that a thickness up to 150mm can be laminated.
The flatbed laminator system is widely used in the high and new tech materials industry, such as:
