2	Gluing device	1) Gluing unit: φ250 gluing gravure roller, 2HP frequency conversion, main speed control drive chain gear and rotary joint and bearing, gluing blade, pneumatic lifting mechanism device and rubber pressing roller. 2) Gluing roller change crane: Single-track 1000KG lifting crane for the gluing roller replacement.
3	Laminating device	1) Laminating unit: φ250 laminated steel rollers. 2) Cooling set: φ250 cooling rollers * 2 sets with joints and bearings.
4	Winding device	Feeding device: one set of winder for big roll. Tension device before winding: tension device equipped with precision pneumatic edge alignment device, aluminum fabric opening roller before winding. Surface winding device.
5	Electronic control system	Touch screen with Mitsubishi brand. And language is customized. PLC controller with Mitsubishi brand. Frequency converter with YASKAWA brand: The whole machine is operated synchronously and centrally controlled by the inverter. The operation is simple and convenient, and the performance is reliable. Motor reducer with Siemens brand. Electric with Schneider brand. Pneumatic components brand with Taiwan Yadeke brand. System control: all parameters are set and displayed on the touch screen. The main central control cabinet is located in the center of the machine, with an operating display and buttons at the winding. Control cable: anti-interference cable, connector with label, cable box, neatly arranged for easy maintenance.
