Ⅱ.Machine Structure

1. Clip-on step-wise feed parts

The part consists of the servo motor, reducer, pneumatic clamping device, tension mechanism.

Machine adopts pneumatic clamping material motion, to ensure that the material is not the distortion or displacement

Driven by servo motor, feed length can be changed by input data on the touch screen directly

2. Cutting machine

(1) Cutting machine consists of frame, hydraulic parts and automatic moving head parts, etc

(2) The punching board is equipped with cutting die fixture. It is convenient and easy to change die cutter.

(3) Cutting die sideslip is driven by ball screw and servo motor, moving precision is high

(4) Special design impact the micro mechanism of the punch die cutting a row or several rows to PP board move, prolong the service life of the PP board

(5) Use flywheel energy storage to achieve high cutting, save electricity, no high oil temperature rise

(6) Stroke setting institutions cooperate with die cutter in the cutting height setting, make adjustment of cutting convenient and precision

(7) Main seals used German imported brand. Hydraulic parts, electrical appliances are all use imported brand, they are durable.

(8) Host after high frequency quenching oil cylinder piston rod cylindrical surface hard chromium plating processing, ensure the machine service life

3. Pneumatic parts

With electric and manual control to complete the die cutter positioning, stuffing, and other functions

4. When the machine runs wrong, press the reset button, the machine can resume normal work
