Product Description


Hydraulic conveyor belt die cutting machine

1. This type of die cutting machine with conveyor belt is used for continuous and large-batch cutting of nonmetal materials in rolls or in sheets, such as carpet and car interior materials, ball panel materials, leather, rubber, film, fabric and other materials.

2. The materials conveying part adopts PLC control. The materials are driven by servo motor and feed in from one side of the machine and finished products come out from the other side. The feeding is precise and automatic. The feeding length can be adjusted conveniently through touch screen.

 

3. The machine is installed with four-column guiding, double-crank balancing, four-column blocking fine-adjustment mechanism and specially designed hydraulic control system, providing high speed and precise cutting operation. Central oil supply automatic lubricating device reduces the abrasion of all movable connecting parts to the minimum extent.

 

4. The die cutter or cutting mould can be fastened by pneumatic clamp device so as to make its replacement convenient and prompt.

 

5. Machines with special specifications can be available on request.

Usage & Features:
