How It Works:
Adhesive Application: Hot melt glue is applied to one material surface using methods like heated roller.
Material Feeding: Two layers (fabric and film) are fed into the machine.
Lamination: The materials are brought together under pressure, with heated rollers, activating the glue for bonding.
Cooling/Curing: The laminated product moves through cooling rollers, and if PUR adhesive is used, moisture curing occurs for lasting elasticity.
Winding: The finished laminated material is wound into final products.
