Double belt press is produced by Kuntai work continuously for laminating or gluing different materials together. Various materials in rolls or sheets can be glued, coated or compressed. Depending on the application and process, we can advise you on the selection of a suitable system solution according to your requirements.
In order to avoid possible irregularities and ensure the homogeneity of the composite material, different heating zones are used to slowly heat, pressurize and achieve the desired properties of the material, and then bond them together. The cooling system is also divided into multiple zones to ensure proper cooling of the products. The separate heating and cooling treatments of zones play a decisive role here.

We offer height-adjustable press rolls to meet high pressure requirements on materials. The pair of press rollers is placed between the heating and cooling system and has an optional temperature control function.

Double belt press features:

1. Machine is divided into heating zone and cooling zone, with a typical heating zone length of 2.5 meters and a cooling zone length of 1.5 meters. Machine is customized. The actual required length of machine is determined based on customer production needs.

2. Heating zone is divided into 18 areas, with 9 areas at the top and 9 areas at the bottom. The temperature in the heating area is uniform and stable. The heating adopts an electrical regulator, which has a small voltage impact on the power grid and a linear relationship between the heating output.

3. External water chiller is used for cooling circulation.

4. The heating and cooling is controlled through a PID control loop

5. There is one set of pressing rollers between heating and cooling zone. The gap of pressing rollers is adjusted by servo motor, with high accuracy.

6. We use good components in the machine, like Siemens motor, PLC, touch screen; Schneider electric.
