Application
Pump melter is only used for the suitable hot melt glue or other liquids. To be used that connect with PUR hot melt glue laminating machine.
Structure and working principle
Two cylinders installed on the bottom plate can drive the pressure plate to vertically move, and 5 gallon glue barrel is placed on the bottom plate.
The glue machine heats the hot melt glue (or similar fluid) in the glue barrel from solid state to fluid state; the glue pump absorbs the fluid hot melt glue, and conveys the hot melt glue from the glue pipe to the glue applying place by a certain pressure.
Pressure plate
The pressure plate is an aluminum structure, and internally equipped with a heater; the heated pressure plate can melt the glue, and the heating temperature is controlled by the temperature control system. In working, the pressure plate is fallen from upside to downside, so that the glue barrel is sealed to prevent air entering and prevent the hot melt glue from leakage. It also includes an overflow valve, a blow-off valve and two glue outlets
Glue pump and motor system
The glue pump and monitor system mainly includes the glue pump and the motor; the system absorbs the hot melt glue melted in the glue barrel and delivers it to a glue distribution base.
Glue pump:
The glue pump absorbs the melted hot melt glue from the glue barrel, and conveys the hot melt glue from the glue distribution base and the glue pipe to the spray gun finally by a certain pressure.
The glue pump is installed on the glue distribution base, and driven by AC motor. The rotate speed of the glue pump is displayed on the touch screen.
