With cylinder tank design and uniform heating mode of under pan of the melter, it can avoid high local temperature and reduce carbonation.
Special design of thermal insulation construction can achieve the energy-saving and efficient operation. With Heat Insulation design for electrical cabinet, it can ensure effective heat insulation and heat preservation for electric control system and tank and guarantee electric control system work in good condition.
The push-pull design is adopted to electric control cabinet. Standard and modular design is convenient for maintain and upgrade, with great stable operation performance is more convenient to adjust and set parameters of the machine.
Equipped with alarm and protection switch for the over temperature issue. And the low temperature protection switch can prevent damage for gear pump and motor for low temperature start.
Melter tank with external radiation uniform heating code can much reduce carbonation.
