Operating principle of machine

Yarn unwinding → Bundling → Warping → Spreading → Dipping/coating →Film covering → Drying and curing → Guiding →Winding.

 

Place the tubular ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers on the creels, unwind them and arrange them in parallel with the bundle device. After being bundled, parallel PE fibers pass through a warping device to form parallel and tightly arranged fiber bundles. Pre tension is applied to the stretched ribbon tow to ensure its flatness. After being immersed in the adhesive device and coated with fibers, the uniform fiber bundles after being controlled by the adhesive device are compounded with PE bearing film, and then evaporated by a heat roller to solidify the resin solvent to form a unidirectional PEUD cloth.

1. This UHMW-PE UD Aramid fabrics machine is used for laminating UHMW-PE UD fabrics, UD Aramid fabrics.  The machine is equipped with automatic collection, unwinding, film release, film collection, automatic correction, composite drying, water cooling, automatic cutting edge and other units. Composite material with a uniform coating, compound formation, no tensile deformation, no blistering, no wrinkles, soft, excellent air permeability, winding neat and so on.

2. UHMW-PE UD Aramid fabrics machine adopts stable mechanical rolling parts and special ultrahigh pressure device to evenly spread wire, impregnated with resin glue, and then laminated by 0/90º orthogonal composite at the end.

3. It adopts HMI+PLC control system, easy operation, high production efficiency, reduce the cumbersome operation.

4. The product has low density, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, strong cutting toughness and other excellent properties, the product is widely used in special protective materials soft body armor, light bulletproof helmet, light bulletproof armor plate, anti-stabbing, anti-cutting clothing lining and special public anti-riot facilities

5. it is suitable for water-soluble and solvent-based adhesive coating composite, to achieve a multi-purpose function.
