UHMWPE UD continuous orthogonal vulcanization process:
Automatic UD fabric crossply machine process:
1. Put the unidirectional PE UD on the 0° and 90° tension unwinding devices.
2. The 0° UD tension fabric is unwind to the hot pressing platform by the servo traction device before coiling.
3. After the 90° UD fabric is pulled and positioned by the servo width setting device, it is cut by the hot cutting device.
4. The upper hot pressing plane is quickly pressed down, and the pressure is transmitted through signal sensing to drive the composite.
5. The servo traction is used in conjunction with the tension shaft to roll the PEUD orthogonal finished fabric.
4/6UD composite: PEUD vulcanized finished fabric is taken by the above-mentioned 0° three-axis unwinding device, hot pressed composite, servo traction, and tension axis winding.
